Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- physical ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- reliable attendance including picking up shifts at least once every four weeks
- compliance with company safety and operational policies
- willingness to respond promptly to scheduling communications
- ability to work in variable temperature and environment conditions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to improve guest experience
- thank guests and let them know they are appreciated
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote and educate guests on loyalty programs and store services
- handle returns and partner with leaders to resolve guest issues
- deliver service for order pickup, drive up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean and clutter free work area
- stock supplies during store open hours
- work safely and comply with all safety policies and training
- support cash office processes and manage cash systems as needed
- perform additional duties based on business needs
