The On-Demand Team Member (TM) position at Target offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking flexible and personalized work schedules. Unlike traditional scheduled roles, On-Demand TMs pick up shifts based on their availability via Target’s myTime mobile scheduling app. This flexibility is ideal for those who require a non-standard schedule or are balancing other commitments. The role requires reliable attendance and active engagement, ensuring team members contribute regularly by working at least one shift every four weeks, with a shift minimum of four hours. As a Guest Advocate within Target, the On-Demand TM will play a pivotal role in helping guests by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions, and assisting with a range of services including checklanes, gift registry, order pick-up, and drive up. Guest Advocates are ambassadors of Target’s service culture, welcoming guests, addressing their concerns, and sharing knowledge about the store’s products, loyalty programs, and digital tools such as the Target App. The position demands excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to operate technology equipment like handheld scanners.

Job Requirements

  • reliable and prompt attendance
