Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times
- Capacity to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Active engagement in picking up shifts at least once every four weeks
- Compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work in varied temperature and humidity conditions
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills including positive language and guest attentiveness
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

Job Duties
- Greet guests and assist with their needs in a welcoming manner
- Demonstrate a service culture by meeting or exceeding guest service standards
- Operate cash register efficiently including scanning and bagging items
- Engage guests with knowledge about loyalty programs, offers, and digital services
- Handle returns and resolve guest concerns following company policies
- Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services ensuring quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to safety policies and best practices
