As an On-Demand Team Member, you won't be on a fixed weekly schedule; instead, you choose shifts posted by leaders or other team members. However, reliable attendance and communication are critical, as team members must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks and respond promptly to scheduling contacts. Failure to meet these engagement expectations may result in termination of employment.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately and support cash office operations
- ability to frequently lift or move products up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexibility to pick up shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- active engagement by working shifts at least once every 5 months
- ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain mobility during shifts
- reliable attendance and timely communication
- compliance with safety policies and ethical conduct
