Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately and support cash office operations
  • ability to frequently lift or move products up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
  • flexibility to pick up shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • active engagement by working shifts at least once every 5 months
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain mobility during shifts
  • reliable attendance and timely communication
  • compliance with safety policies and ethical conduct

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
  • minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
  • attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed to solve guest issues
