Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately and support cash office operations
- ability to frequently lift or move products up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexibility to pick up shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- active engagement by working shifts at least once every 5 months
- ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain mobility during shifts
- reliable attendance and timely communication
- compliance with safety policies and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications
- effective communication skills including using positive language and attentiveness to guests needs
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed to solve guest issues
