Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and work in outdoor environments
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be dependable and responsive to last-minute scheduling needs
ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds and carrying up to 10 pounds
friendly, energetic, well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
ability to pass a pre-employment background check
have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Job Qualifications

prior valet or hospitality experience preferred
ability to pass a pre-employment background check
have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
valid driver's license and clean driving record required
prior experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service roles

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently in assigned areas
open doors and assist guests with luggage or belongings as needed
maintain proper key control and vehicle tracking
follow company procedures regarding vehicle handling, documentation, and damage reporting
maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and management
provide accurate directions and information about the property or surrounding areas
respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns or emergencies
follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
remain on-site and available for duration of shift, ready to be dispatched as needed
