Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality willingness to go the extra mile and strong work ethic
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to read write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to move quickly
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on manual transmission
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Be organized
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- Entry-level experience
- Ability to maintain professional communication
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including manual transmission
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by current insurance provider
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
- Park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots ensuring safety and security
- Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
- Provide exceptional guest experience
- Maintain organization at operation
- Be enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment
- Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language
- Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
- Provide information about the garage such as hours of operation rates or promotions upon request
- Maintain a neatly groomed appearance
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
- Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy
- Follow all safety protocols including wearing safety gear and reporting hazards
- Fill out damage or accident reports
