The position requires adherence to company policies regarding appearance, confidentiality, and safety, including reporting accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.

JW Marriott emphasizes a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all guests, anticipating their needs and delivering courteous, clear, and efficient service both in person and over the phone. The scheduler also plays a role in maintaining positive workplace relationships and abiding by quality assurance standards. Physical demands of the job include standing or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. This role offers an hourly wage starting at $27.16, increasing to $30.56 after nine months and to $33.95 after eighteen months, reflecting the development and experience gained in the position.
