Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years high volume food service experience required
- Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stoop and kneel
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions
- Ability to count
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Greets guests at the table
- Takes food and beverage order
- Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu
- Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- Serves food and beverages
- Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables
