Job Duties

  • Greets guests at the table
  • Takes food and beverage order
  • Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu

  • Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
  • Serves food and beverages
  • Directs bus person and assists as needed in the clearing of tables
