The role available is for an On-Call Server Assistant/Busser at Truss Restaurant + Bar. This position plays a vital supporting role within the Food and Beverage team. The Server Assistant is responsible for working closely with servers to enhance service delivery, including setting and clearing tables, assisting in the preparation of food and beverages, and ensuring that guests receive seamless, attentive care. The role requires keen attention to detail and efficient multitasking to maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant. Server Assistants contribute significantly to upholding the luxurious ambiance and high standards of service that guests expect from Four Seasons.
This is an hourly role compensated at $20.56 per hour, offering a blend of flexibility with open availability and shift options that cover early morning, mid-day, and evening hours to meet the demands of a 24/7 operational environment. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- Stocking and restocking linen, china, silver and glassware for service and bar ensuring that all are polished and in good condition
- Preparation of condiment and garnish items and food and beverage items as needed
- Set up tables, stations and counter as required for the operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant for the duration of the shift
- Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
- Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting it to guests, as well as removal of items from the guest's table
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas
- Moving tables and chairs and other items pertaining to the operations
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
