Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- retail hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- responsible beverage service certification
- food handlers certification
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to operate a golf cart
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for silverado resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform business attire and nametag
- prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- properly handle and maintain all equipment
- respond to orders questions concerns and constructive feedback in a polite and efficient manner
- accurately handle cash and credit card payments following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- serve customers quickly and efficiently
- work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- demonstrate thorough understanding of all menu offerings and make recommendations
- observe relevant health and safety standards
- ensure opening and closing duties are complete as per protocols of the market
- have thorough knowledge of all retail items at the store
- complete other relevant tasks as requested by management
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
