Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • retail hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • responsible beverage service certification
  • food handlers certification
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to operate a golf cart
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for silverado resort
  • participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform business attire and nametag
  • prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
  • properly handle and maintain all equipment
  • respond to orders questions concerns and constructive feedback in a polite and efficient manner
  • accurately handle cash and credit card payments following appropriate cash-handling procedures
  • serve customers quickly and efficiently
  • work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • demonstrate thorough understanding of all menu offerings and make recommendations
  • observe relevant health and safety standards
  • ensure opening and closing duties are complete as per protocols of the market
  • have thorough knowledge of all retail items at the store
  • complete other relevant tasks as requested by management
  • abide by all resort policies and safety rules
