Job Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
ability to repeat the same movements
ability to bend or twist their body
ability to use their hands to handle control or feel objects tools or controls
ability to kneel stoop crouch or crawl
ability to climb or balance
must select a course schedule that is conducive to the requirements of the role approved by supervisor
work weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

High school degree preferred
demonstrates reliability and attention to detail
positive attitude and ability to work independently
excellent time management skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms including beds bathrooms and common areas according to established standards
replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries towels and linens
ensure proper handling and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning services including evenings weekends and holidays
inspect rooms for damages or maintenance needs and report findings to the appropriate department
follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and staff
collaborate with other housing team members to ensure an incomparable customer experience
perform other duties as assigned
