Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to work flexible on-call schedule including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with state and local alcohol service guidelines
- Must pick up at least one 4-hour shift per quarter to remain active on-call employee
Job Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Offer customized drink recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines and sanitation standards
- Engage guests in casual conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Set up and break down bar equipment for events
- Handle cash and gratuity transactions accurately
