Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible on-call hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to set up and break down event spaces
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to various event locations

- Previous experience in catering or event serving preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-call and adapt to varying schedules
- Attention to detail and a customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus

Job Duties
- Set-up and tear down rooms for catered events under direction from Event Manager up to and including tables chairs buffet and associated decor
- Present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Interface with kitchen staff to coordinate regarding meal service
- Garnish and decorate dishes as well as buffet before serving
- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
