Job Requirements
- At least one year prior culinary experience
- Working knowledge of proper culinary methods and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items
- Customer service experience
- Food handler certification (preferred)

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards
- Assist with chop, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Serve food professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with questions and accommodate special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of serving and dining areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
- Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and sanitary
- Assist with trash removal and restock supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Assist team members during busy periods
- Set up and break down workstations and service areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
