Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of bartending or customer service experience in a similar setting
Must be 18 years or older
Must possess a valid Food Handler Certification and TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Strong knowledge of spirits wine beer and cocktail preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
Provide warm friendly and engaging service to every guest
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
Follow all state federal and property-specific alcohol service regulations
Promote and accurately take food and beverage orders at the bar
Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all drinks
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
Perform daily bar setup and breakdown including stocking and cleaning
Maintain fresh garnishes and ingredients to ensure quality
Lock and secure all bar items and complete cash drops at the end of each shift
Follow all safety sanitation and emergency procedures
Maintain a neat clean and professional appearance at all times
