Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending or customer service experience in a similar setting
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must possess a valid Food Handler Certification and TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of spirits wine beer and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
- Provide warm friendly and engaging service to every guest
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all state federal and property-specific alcohol service regulations
- Promote and accurately take food and beverage orders at the bar
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all drinks
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Perform daily bar setup and breakdown including stocking and cleaning
- Maintain fresh garnishes and ingredients to ensure quality
- Lock and secure all bar items and complete cash drops at the end of each shift
- Follow all safety sanitation and emergency procedures
- Maintain a neat clean and professional appearance at all times
