Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or related food service job experience
- Training or demonstrated skill in alcohol mixology
- One year's experience of similar work
- Two years' experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for periods of time
- Ability to drive
- Ability to maintain good attendance is a condition of employment and a function of this position
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to work long and irregular hours, including holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in various climates
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively both orally and in writing
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and food hygiene regulations related to delivery of services
Job Duties
- Take orders for drinks and snacks
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and concessions patrons
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously at all times
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible pour practices
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Operate point-of-sale system accurately and reconcile receipts and inventory at the end of shift
- Follow cash control procedures
- Other duties as assigned
