Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or related food service job experience
  • Training or demonstrated skill in alcohol mixology
  • One year's experience of similar work
  • Two years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for periods of time
  • Ability to drive
  • Ability to maintain good attendance is a condition of employment and a function of this position
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in various climates
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or related food service job experience
  • Training or demonstrated skill in alcohol mixology
  • One year's experience of similar work
  • Two years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively both orally and in writing
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and food hygiene regulations related to delivery of services

Job Duties

  • Take orders for drinks and snacks
  • Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and concessions patrons
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously at all times
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible pour practices
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Operate point-of-sale system accurately and reconcile receipts and inventory at the end of shift
  • Follow cash control procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
