This opportunity is for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join the team as a Bar Staff member at Boyd Gaming. The role is focused on maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of the bar area while providing exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include restocking bar supplies such as beer, bottled water, liquor, ice, glassware, and garnishes, ensuring that the bar is consistently well-prepared to meet customer demand. The role also involves keeping the bar clean and organized, managing waste disposal, and supporting bartenders by replenishing kegs and cleaning equipment.
In addition to logistics and maintenance duties, this position requires direct interaction with guests, including taking and fulfilling drink orders swiftly and accurately. Job Duties
- Maintain bar stock levels by efficiently transporting beer, bottled water, liquor, and more from storage to the bar area
- Prepare requisitions for stock and ensure supplies of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes are well stocked and fresh
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including restocking kegs and cleaning coolers
- Manage trash disposal in the bar area to maintain a tidy environment
- Receive and fulfill drink orders from guests and staff promptly
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate cash registers and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
