Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of banquet service experience or F&B service industry experience
  • Strong F&B knowledge
  • Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs

  • 1+ years of banquet service experience or F&B service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong F&B knowledge
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Use your genuine and authentic personality to deliver impeccable service for all group and social catering events, both on property and at off-site venues
  • Maintain heightened awareness and presence in all service areas, taking anticipatory actions to create exceptional, memorable experiences
  • Execute refined event setup and breakdown, ensuring all décor, tables, serviceware, and equipment meet Four Seasons standards
  • Foster strong, open communication within the banquet team to ensure flawless coordination and seamless service throughout each event
  • Serve as a confident problem solver in every guest interaction, upholding the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve guest concerns with grace and efficiency
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and any other details essential to their experience
