Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred
  • Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables chairs linens and centerpieces
  • Break down banquet rooms after events cleaning and storing equipment
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests promptly
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members including banquet captains bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
