Job Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed for events

Job Duties

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including table arrangements and decor
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the preparation of food service areas prior to events ensuring cleanliness and organization
Maintain knowledge of menu items including ingredients and presentation to answer guest inquiries effectively
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations throughout service
Clear tables promptly after meals and assist with the breakdown of event setups
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during events
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly
