Job Requirements
- Ability to work professionally in a team-setting and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours
- You must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30lbs

- Previous banquet or food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
- Ensure complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous decor
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to dishwasher
