Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid OLCC permit
- Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Ability to use POS systems
- Ability to work flexible on-call hours
- Good physical stamina to lift/push/pull moderate weight
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or similar customer service role is preferred
- Must hold valid OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a moderate amount of weight
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards
- Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking
- Responsible for set-up, execution, and break down of bars and other beverage related events
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ability work independently and follow directions as outlined in Event Orders
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
