Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid OLCC permit
  • Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes
  • Ability to use POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible on-call hours
  • Good physical stamina to lift/push/pull moderate weight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender or similar customer service role is preferred
  • Must hold valid OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service
  • Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a moderate amount of weight

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy
  • Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards
  • Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking
  • Responsible for set-up, execution, and break down of bars and other beverage related events
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Ability work independently and follow directions as outlined in Event Orders
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
