Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum of six months bartending experience
  • Ability to lift and carry weights between 20 to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend and kneel as required
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Availability for on call shifts
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Six months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to operate cash register and accurately count cash
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service issues, including stressful situations

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
