- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of American Express tools and knowledge of Technology tools a plus
- Background in technology or engineering to interpret and anticipate needs

- Strategic ability to recommend and change processes to maximize value
- Ability to think broadly and participate in creating a unique service for employees

Job Duties
- Provide first contact and be the face of Amex to new hires after offer acceptance
- Manage ITSC and Ariba requests for new equipment
- Oversee ordering IDs
- Collaborate on laptop configuration and installation
- Address any questions from new employees regarding American Express including benefits, payroll, development tools, etc.
