  • Knowledge of American Express tools and knowledge of Technology tools a plus
  • Background in technology or engineering to interpret and anticipate needs
  • Process improvement experience and ability to drive and measure improvement
  • Strategic ability to recommend and change processes to maximize value
  • Ability to think broadly and participate in creating a unique service for employees

Job Duties

  • Provide first contact and be the face of Amex to new hires after offer acceptance
  • Manage ITSC and Ariba requests for new equipment
  • Oversee ordering IDs
  • Collaborate on laptop configuration and installation
  • Address any questions from new employees regarding American Express including benefits, payroll, development tools, etc.
