Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- proficiency in communication with customers and colleagues
- ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs
- resourceful and able to manage changing priorities and deadlines

Job Duties
- fulfill customer orders, merchandise products, supervise selling floor, lead colleagues in task execution, provide fast feedback to improve customer experiences, ensure customer-focused resolutions, promote Macy's mobile app, plan and monitor store activities with People Leaders, provide feedback to People Leaders to enhance customer experience and processes, perform store opening and closing procedures, adhere to merchandise standards, educate colleagues on point of sale technology and equipment, foster an environment of acceptance and respect
