Customers can stay seated in their cars or trucks while experienced technicians carry out expertly performed oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance tasks. The company prides itself on a friendly, professional team and an efficient service process that gets vehicles back on the road safely and quickly. The role of Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change is a key leadership position that blends people management with hands-on automotive service. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and want to showcase their leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While experience in management or automotive service is valued, it is not strictly required, making this a perfect role for those looking to pivot into management roles in the automotive service industry. Experienced managers can earn upwards of $55,000 annually with base salaries plus bonus opportunities. Take 5 also offers paid training for all new hires to ensure they learn the company’s specific high standards for oil changes, minor auto repairs such as wiper blade or air filter replacement, and customer service excellence. Within two months, new Shop Managers will take on full accountability for their team and shop operations. The position requires a blend of administrative skills, such as scheduling, payroll submission, inventory management, and financial oversight, as well as the ability to support crew with technical tasks and customer interactions. Take 5's managers appreciate the comprehensive benefits package, job stability, and supportive team environment that encourages rapid professional growth.
