Job Duties
- Washing dishes, smallwares, glasses
- Organizing kitchenware and supplies
- Performing limited prep work to assist kitchen staff
- Testing dishwashing equipment daily for proper function
- Emptying trash receptacles and maintaining cleanliness
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen appliances
- Restocking items to ensure kitchen readiness
