Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
good physical stamina and manual dexterity
strong interpersonal skills
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, wine, craft beer, and spirits
experience in bartending or related hospitality role
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
awareness of alcohol consumption laws and responsible serving practices

Job Duties

provide excellent customer service
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
manage cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
monitor patrons for signs of intoxication and act accordingly
restock bar inventory and supplies
comply with all health and safety regulations
