The Office Services Associate position at the West Palm Beach office presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule. Offering competitive pay between $15.43 and $16.50 per hour, the role is essential in providing comprehensive daily back-office services to support both internal teams and client operations. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities such as reprographics (copy services), mail handling, and general office intake functions in both physical and digital formats. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality support across hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.
As an Office Services Associate, you will have the responsibility to utilize office service logs accurately, ensure job tickets are properly completed prior to initiating work, and follow established procedures to sequentially manage job orders. Effective communication with supervisors or clients regarding job statuses and deadlines is a critical component of the role, as is adhering to deadlines for accepting, processing, and delivering work assignments. You will also be expected to troubleshoot equipment issues, manage supplies, and maintain equipment in an efficient and cost-conscious manner.
This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and requires excellent organizational skills to prioritize workflow and perform quality assurance both individually and on team members' work. Additional duties include answering telephones, managing emails, making service calls, and engaging professionally with clients across different communication platforms. The position calls for strict adherence to both Williams Lea and client policy guidelines in all operational activities.
