Job Duties
- Preparation of outgoing mail including envelopes and packages
- answering the phone, taking messages, or redirecting calls to appropriate team members
- sending appointment reminders via email, text, and phone call
- maintaining inventory stock of office supplies such as paper and ink and re-ordering when necessary
- serving as back-up to the receptionist and providing additional front desk support when needed
- providing general office support including assisting with IT issues, moving office furniture, and setting up new equipment
- running office errands such as delivering client documents and court filings
- maintaining and organizing off-site storage
- overseeing facilities including maintaining break room cleanliness, placing work orders, and acting as liaison between firm and vendors
- performing various office duties as assigned
