Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- professional appearance
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and positive attitude
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or dealership software)
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- direct guests to appropriate departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance)
- maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to staff
- assist with basic customer inquiries or direct calls appropriately
- perform data entry and maintain customer records as needed
