Located in Loveland, Colorado, Serenity specializes in providing long-term successful treatment options for patients whose conditions have not responded well to other therapies. The company’s commitment to evidence-based research and proven results positions it at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Serenity’s team is passionate about helping patients reclaim their lives by integrating revolutionary technologies into healthcare practices. Beyond its cutting-edge medical solutions, Serenity fosters an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture. The company prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, encouraging applicants from diverse backgrounds to contribute their talents and expertise. Serenity is committed to ethical hiring practices, requiring background checks and drug screenings to ensure the safety and integrity of its team and patients. The Loveland office specializes in offering a supportive and compassionate environment for patients, many of whom face significant physical and emotional challenges, including PTSD and suicidal ideation. This context shapes the workplace culture and the expectations placed upon all team members, especially those interacting directly with patients, such as the receptionist role being offered.
The Office Receptionist role at Serenity's Loveland, CO location is a full-time position consisting of three 13-hour shifts each week. This role is vital in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors, setting the tone for a positive clinic experience from the moment they arrive. The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring every interaction reflects Serenity’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Key responsibilities include updating and verifying patient information during visits, building rapport by remembering names and personal stories, and handling inquiries and concerns with sensitivity and respect for individual boundaries. The receptionist’s role is pivotal in supporting patients who may be dealing with severe trauma or mental health challenges, requiring a high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients’ lives. Additionally, office tasks will vary, requiring the receptionist to rotate through other administrative duties as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic. Serenity offers competitive wages, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with 90% of the premium covered, paid time off, 10 major holidays off, a 401k retirement plan, and an employee referral program. Prospective candidates should be prepared for the emotional challenges associated with working with vulnerable populations but will find meaningful reward in contributing directly to the wellbeing and recovery of patients. This role offers significant career advancement opportunities within a growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving lives through revolutionary approaches.
