Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff and clients as needed
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
