Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
