Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • willing to work Monday to Friday
  • available to work in person at the New Orleans office

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team members
  • manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a positive first impression
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
