  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors upon their arrival in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff members as required
  • maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately
  • assist in the preparation and management of office documents, including filing, copying, and scanning
