- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing information to callers when needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office, ensuring all appointments are properly outlined
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including keeping brochures and informational materials stocked
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed
