Job Duties
- Maintain switchboard, reception area, conference rooms, and cafeterias on a daily basis at firm headquarters
- Answer client and general calls/inquiries at reception desk
- Register visitors with building security, greet visitors upon arrival and contact appropriate parties
- Assist employees with reserving conference rooms and conference room lines
- Respond to general Office Management inquiries
- Manage special projects assigned by Operations Department Manager
- Order office supplies, request new employee login credentials to order supplies, and track monthly spending for each branch
- Keep inventory and replenish office supplies as needed
- Assist with mailroom duties as needed
- Update and keep track of monthly invoices for various vendors
- Schedule maintenance for office equipment and appliances
- Request new employee FedEx credentials and track monthly spending
- Assign, update, and terminate access with building security
- Perform other duties as they arise
