Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage the main reception line with professionalism and warmth
  • Route calls, support the corporate switchboard, and maintain accurate call guides
  • Coordinate visitor access, security protocols, and building/vendor relationships
  • Support mail, packages, conference room scheduling, and office supply management
  • Assist with employee engagement events and internal communications
  • Participate in business continuity and failover readiness activities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Office Services to keep the workplace running smoothly
