Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- two years of office administration or one year with associate's degree
- one year experience in healthcare field
- proficient in MS Office programs
- experienced in data entry
- successful completion of physical exam, tuberculosis test, criminal background check, exclusions, and license verification
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance if driving is required
- willingness to use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications

- proficient in MS Office programs
- experience entering data into computer systems
- knowledge of Social Security, Medicaid, and government assistance preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in daily interactions
- perform insurance verification
- provide support and direction for financial requests
- facilitate Rep Payee and Trust Banking services
- prepare and validate payroll
- enter accounts payable batches weekly
- monitor client eligibility
- prepare and review credit card entries
- maintain revenue and billing information
- record and deposit cash receipts
- manage monthly journal entries
- organize and safeguard files, records, and cash
- close and set up medical charts per procedures
- ensure chart compliance
- order medical record supplies
- safeguard confidential information
- run compliance reports and strategize for HR compliance
- assist in recruitment and HR duties
- maintain personnel files
- schedule interviews and coordinate hires
- track new hire documentation
- enter information into systems
- process MVR reports and workers' compensation reports
- coordinate safety meetings
- act as IT contact for equipment maintenance
- provide limited computer support
- manage program inventory and purchasing
- coordinate events and staff scheduling
- order supplies
- prepare correspondence and meeting notes
- assist leadership with special projects
- provide relief backup for reception and administrative duties
- manage calendar for administrative tasks
- coordinate maintenance requests and staff scheduling
