Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- willingness to work onsite
- availability to work the specified schedule
- capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- administrative or clerical experience preferred
- computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs

Job Duties
- Welcome staff, families and visitors
- answer phones and take messages
- monitor incoming and outgoing emails
- manage inventory of office supplies
- perform clerical tasks assigned by Administrative Services Manager
- support Executive and Leadership team as needed
- assist with laundry and shower room scheduling
- replenish office supplies and snacks
- keep play area organized and tidy
- monitor locker usage
- advise cleaning team on concerns
- work with security team to maintain safety
- maintain communication on security and maintenance issues
- provide coverage at neighboring locations as approved
- manage conference room booking and guest services
- sort, process and distribute interoffice and external mail
