Job Duties
- Assist patients and family, physicians, office staff, hospital staff, insurance companies, government entities, legal parties, and others in obtaining medical records via phone, fax, or mail
- retrieve scan medical information into the appropriate patient's electronic record
- receive and distribute information from the confidential fax press
- receive, scan, and mail transcribed letters
