Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to process sales and service transactions accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Ability to handle cash and balance registers
- Experience with STORIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend for full work shifts
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability to work additional hours and travel if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Four-year college or university degree preferred
- Two to four years related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience as a store manager or similar role
- Budgeting and payroll experience
- Cash handling and safe balancing skills
- Hands-on experience with STORIS software and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Ability to lead team meetings and motivate others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Rent AFW vehicles to customers and process financing applications
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during the point of sale process
- Respond and conduct public address system announcements
- Identify and read reports, tickets, and UPC labels
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at point-of-sale
- Execute consistent operational and selling processes
- Educate customers and employees on the Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy
- Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to improve processes and maximize efficiency
- Take ownership to enhance customer experience
- Partner with all other departments to ensure customers' needs are met and processes are completed per policy
- Enforce all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager, Store, Regional, or Operations Manager as directed
