Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous office or receptionist experience preferred
- ability to manage multiple phone lines and office equipment
- strong organizational and time management skills
- effective communication abilities
- experience with employee records management
- capable of participating in HR meetings
- adherence to confidentiality and EEO guidelines

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors to the facility
- screen and direct incoming phone calls
- support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks
- assist patients, staff, and families with inquiries
- coordinate new hires and onboarding processes
- perform light clerical duties
- manage employee records and participate in HR meetings
