Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous office or receptionist experience preferred
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines and office equipment
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • experience with employee records management
  • capable of participating in HR meetings
  • adherence to confidentiality and EEO guidelines

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors to the facility
  • screen and direct incoming phone calls
  • support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks
  • assist patients, staff, and families with inquiries
  • coordinate new hires and onboarding processes
  • perform light clerical duties
  • manage employee records and participate in HR meetings
