Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous reception desk experience
- Multi-line phone system proficiency
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confrontational situations calmly
- Computer proficiency
- Flexibility with work breaks and workflow
- Ability to maintain a professional telephone voice and proper etiquette

- Previous reception desk experience

Job Duties
- Accurately answer phone calls and greet customers in a friendly, energetic, personable, professional and polite manner
- Be perceptive about other employees and their needs regarding front desk services
- Maintain courteous, diplomatic and cooperative working relationships with staff
- Answer and direct questions from callers and visitors to the proper location
- Maintain an organized reception desk and lobby
- Assist other departments as needed
- Open and close the main office and ensure coverage of the main telephone line during business hours
