  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality event planning or office coordination

Job Duties

  • Own the first impression by maintaining the office space and managing vendor relationships
  • manage and execute logistics for in-office events including RSVPs and technical setups
  • source and coordinate local catering for events
  • act as the point person on-site during events to ensure smooth execution
  • foster a positive and energetic office culture that engages the tech community
  • assist partners with administrative tasks and scheduling conference rooms
  • greet guests with hospitality-first mindset
