Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • proficiency in modern office software and communication tools
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to troubleshoot basic office technology
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with digital tools such as Slack, G-Suite, Eventbrite or Luma
  • ability to multitask and manage events
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • adaptable to a dynamic startup environment
  • passion for tech culture and community building
  • positive, energetic, and people-first attitude

Job Duties

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the office
  • maintain the 5,000 sq. ft. office space
  • manage vendor relationships including catering, snacks, and supplies
  • ensure visiting founders and investors feel at home
  • oversee logistics for in-office events
  • manage RSVPs and coordinate tech/AV setups
  • source local catering
  • be the on-site point person during events
  • infuse youthful, dynamic energy into the office culture
  • collaborate on ideas to enhance the physical space
  • assist partners with light administrative tasks
  • schedule office conference rooms
  • greet guests with a hospitality-first mindset
