Job Requirements
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to learn PC skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Capability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license if driving cargo equipment
- Permit to use ramp side service roads if applicable
Job Duties
- Drive all cargo handling equipment
- Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Perform computer data entry for cargo processing
- Prepare all flight and cargo documents
- Interface with U.S. Customs for compliance
- Accept and distribute cargo in accordance with regulations
