This particular position is an Office Administrator role based at the Largo Service Center. The role is an all-purpose administrative position essential to supporting the front office team by equipping them with the tools, training, and information needed for success. Responsibilities include accurate and timely management of payroll and HR-related records for all center associates, and maintaining financial accounts such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and overseeing Cash Handling procedures aligned with company standards. Furthermore, the Office Administrator ensures that the center meets Caliber Collision's rigorous Standard Operating Procedures by conducting ongoing training and monitoring. This position also plays a crucial role in fostering superior customer experiences by maintaining consistent operational quality and team support. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll (preferred)
  • must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
  • must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred)
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to handle competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to provide personable and friendly customer service
