We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator for our Merriam service center. This full-time position involves carrying out a range of general administrative tasks crucial to the efficient operation of the front office. The Office Administrator will primarily support front office teammates by providing the tools, training, and information necessary for optimal job performance. Beyond administrative duties, this role includes handling payroll and HR-related recordkeeping accurately and timely for all center associates. Additionally, maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures according to company standards forms an essential part of the responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1 plus years of experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
- at least 1 year of experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to navigate multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to provide friendly personable customer service
